The 2021 Florida Statutes
Online Sunshine requires each district school board to maintain a teenage parent program. A teenage parent program includes educational programs for pregnant and parenting students. Provision must be made for prenatal care, health care, child care, and parenting education. Many other services are available to support pregnant or parenting teens.
